Chicago Commercial Real Estate
Chicago Commercial Real Estate is a different animal than residential real estate in
Chicago. CostWhat.com is a system made specifically for residential real estate but maybe
there is a way for a commercial real estate broker to use our system. If you are looking at
commercial properties and you are trying to figure out what the base land value is, maybe
CostWhat.com can help with that situation. The problem would lie in the fact that our system
works based on near by real estate sales. If the Chicago Commercial Real Estate property you
are investigating is not near any real estate sales that we have in our database, then we will
not be able to display any results.
We think it would be great if there were a Chicago Commercial Real Estate sales database
available so we could build a system just like CostWhat.com but for commercial sales. There
are probably thousands of businesses in the Chicagoland area who wish they knew what their
current situation looks like and what any potential property location looks like in terms of
recent sales in that area. If you are a Chicago Commercial Real Estate broker and you have
access to some kind of database of recent sales, please let us know and we will work on
building a system like this, but for your company.
